Peer Review Policy

JCTLLS is an open-access journal, meaning that all articles, whether in the current issue or from previous publications, are freely accessible to the public. JCTLLS does not impose any publication or processing fees on its authors.

During the review process, all submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review, ensuring that both the identities of the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential from each other. Upon submission, the editor initially evaluates the papers. Manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s scope are desk-rejected. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial assessment are typically reviewed by a minimum of two referees, one from the national and one from the international academic community.
