Physical activity has so many positive effects on one's health. It acclaims so many health benefits. It can assist you in achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight, reduces the occurrence and risk of diseases such as illness like cancer, heart disease or any injury related to bone. Physical activity is generally considered to be safe for the majority of people. However, before starting to be come more physically active, some individuals should consult with their health care physician or an exercise specialist. Food provides energy for physical activity. Your energy demands may fluctuate as you become more active and fit, or as you lose weight. To obtain the required energy, you should get the proper amounts of following portions: Protein that is required to rebuild and sustain the tissues such as muscles. Carbohydrate that is the body's basic energy source. Fat, that also caters energy for the body. Water that is required to supersede the water which is lost through activity. A diversified, balanced, and modest diet can deliver all of the nutrients your body requires without giving you too much or too little of any one nutrient.A healthy body needs physical activity and wisely chosen nutrition. There should be proper balance and moderation in one's lifestyle and should be based on physical activity as well as proper nutrition. For nutrition, eating the recommended number of portions from each food group is referred to as balance. While the balance in physical activity means to adapt a lifestyle in which most of the task requires physical demand but not in the state of physical exertions. One should adapt walking instead of using transport for short distances, use stairs instead of elevators etc. Moderation in nutrition means to eat everything from every group while not exceeding the limits and on the other hand moderation in physical activity also require rest to the body and it is necessary to relax your body as well as the physical activity is important. Now a days, physical activity is getting vanished from our daily lives and nutrition is becoming poor day by day. Diet is usually from a single group and crossed the limits of moderation. And physical activity has also affected due to excessive usage of technologies, which is causing adverse effects on health such as constant body aches, systemic issues or respiratory problems etc. Thus, physical activity and nutrition are two highlighted requirements that should be addressed clearly everywhere in order to prevent health related issues. For this, balance and moderation in physical activity and nutrition is the key.
