Abstract

Modernisation of Islamic Jurisprudence is the most needed work to do but one has to be very precise while doing this task, in order to ensure the sensitivity of task. Because it has to be Cristal clear that which area needs modernisation, what would be the methodology, how the principles would go across and the genres of modernisation. In this research article some of the important genres of modernisation of Islamic Jurisprudence are highlighted For example Section wise editing and legislation of Islamic Jurisprudence, formation of it's theory, modern conception of MAQAASID-E-SHARIAT and it's efficacy, use of modern teaching tools and aids in the teaching of Islamic Jurisprudence etc.
